Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, check-out is by 11:00 AM. Because we welcome you in person, please let us know your expected arrival time a day or two before you travel.

There is no key box. Karin or someone from her team welcomes you at the house, hands over the keys and shows you around the apartment.

Up to 7. There are three bedrooms with a double bed each and a single bed on the open gallery. Bedroom 3 also has a crib. The living room sofa is not meant for sleeping.

Yes. Children of all ages are welcome, and there is a crib and a high chair. The park behind the house has a playground.

Yes, up to two pets are welcome for 15 EUR per pet per night. Please mention your pet when you book.

Yes, parking in the garage on the premises is free. There is space for two cars, so if you travel with more, please ask us beforehand.

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

No, the apartment is non-smoking.

It is a maisonette that starts on the first floor of the house: one bedroom on the first floor, the other two bedrooms and the gallery on the floor above. There are stairs inside the apartment.

Yes. The municipality of Garmisch-Partenkirchen charges 3 EUR per night for guests aged 16 and over and 1 EUR for children aged 6 to 15. Children under 6 are free.

Yes. Every stay in Bavaria requires a short registration form. Before your arrival you receive a link to the online check-in of the municipality, which takes a few minutes.

The Zugspitzbahn valley station is about 800 m away. The Wankbahn and Hausbergbahn lifts are around 2 km from the apartment.

Yes. Garmisch-Partenkirchen station has direct trains from Munich and is about 1 km from the apartment, an easy walk or a short taxi ride.
